Winter Spiced Pear Martini

The perfect winter warmer cockail. Premium gin with pear puree, lemon juice & winter syrup. Perfect on those cold winter nights by the fire.

PREPARE
Pour 125ml with ice into a shaker. Shake for 20/30 seconds until its ice cold. Strain into a martini glass or a whiskey tumbler with ice. 

GARNISH/DECORATE
Garnish with a slice of pear.
